Damaged or Incorrect Item(s)
In the case of an order damaged in transit or the incorrect item(s) being sent, customer must contact Pete & Freddy’s Pages Aplenty within 14 days of delivery. Any disputes received after the 14 days will be reviewed case-by-case at the discretion of Pete & Freddy’s Pages Aplenty. Once terms are reached, customer must return item(s) within 14 days of agreement.
Returns and exchange details
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Pete & Freddy’s Pages Aplenty immediately. We will exchange if the item(s) received were not the item(s) purchased (i.e. wrong color, wrong size). In the instance of an exchange, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred. In the instance of item(s) damaged in transit or incorrect item(s) received, Pete & Freddy’s Pages Aplenty will send a shipping label to customer. If a customer does not use the label provided, Pete & Freddy’s Pages Aplenty is not responsible for shipping fees incurred in the return of damaged or incorrect item(s) received.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Perishable products (like tea or chocolates)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
• Postcards and/or other paper items are non-refundable.
• Stickers
