In September 2025, Mentone marked a major milestone: the completion of Phase 1 at Mentzer Park. They built a modern pavilion, a safer playground, and new paved walkways. The response was immediate—the park feels more lively than ever. Now, they are ready to move on to Phase 2, the final piece that adds the "fun" and makes Mentone a true destination for residents and visitors alike.

That’s where you, my Bookstore Family, come in! I want to help the town of Mentone reach its goal by May 30th, of $50,000. I know we might not be able to do all of that, but we certainly can help! My goal is to reach at least $1,500, as I have a matching donor who will give $1,000 if we reach that by the end of the month.

My friend at Black Bean Sticker Co. designed the artwork for this fundraiser in honor of upcoming Pride Month (June) and to raise funds for Mentzer Park. Of course, they went with chickens… it is Egg Town after all (*wink, wink*). Below, you can buy the sticker sheets, and 40% of each set will go directly to the Mentzer Park Project.
